Compensation and redress

Polish law does not limit the possibility of claiming damages (and therefore compensation for material damages) or redress (and therefore compensation for non-pecuniary damages). Claims for damages can therefore include, for example, a person's property damaged by a third party, benefits lost in relation to the actions of a third party, or expenses incurred as a result of damaged property. At the same time, it can cover, for example, mental harm, violation of our person and compensation for the relevant harm caused. Our law firm provides legal assistance throughout the lifetime of the case in question, i.e. the estimation of the chances of winning the case and related costs, the estimation of the amount of compensation/redress possible, the preparation of a demand for payment in addition to the conducting of any pre-litigation negotiations, and the submission of a lawsuit and conducts court proceedings.
